This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing Times

Because most items are custom printed when you order them:

  • Standard processing time is 2–7 business days before an order ships.

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.

  • Processing does not occur on weekends or statutory holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email once your order has shipped.

Shipping time begins after your order has finished processing.

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

4. Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Once the shipment is marked Delivered by the carrier:

  • Responsibility transfers to you

  • Sober Throttle Co. cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Check around your property

  2. Check with neighbors/building staff

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. If still unresolved, contact us and we will help where possible within the limits of our policies

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


Sober Throttle Co. is not responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages lost due to address errors

  • Additional reshipment fees caused by incorrect address entry

If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately at soberthrottle@gmail.com and we will attempt to correct the address. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been submitted.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments (including between the U.S. and Canada) may be subject to:

  • Brokerage fees

  • VAT or GST

  • Handling fees

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.


You are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs or import charges.

7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments, depending on product type, availability, or the location of the fulfillment center.


You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Refusal to pay customs charges

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Delivery failures

  • Failure to pick up from a postal office or carrier depot

You may be responsible for:

  • Reshipment fees, and/or

  • A restocking fee (if applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is a result of our error.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at soberthrottle@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review your claim and resolve it according to our Return Policy.


We do not replace items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, wear and tear, or handling after delivery.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes in countries where private carriers do not deliver

  • Countries embargoed or restricted by Canadian or U.S. law

  • Regions where fulfillment partners are unable to operate

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you as soon as possible.
